Update#46

Easier ways to share a battle

Battle links and invitation images make it easier to bring other people into a comparison. We kept the question and both projects front and centre, where they belong.

Update#45

Results you can actually read

Finished battles show the outcome and let you look at the votes question by question. Makers can use that feedback to see what people preferred and where to dig deeper.

Update#44

See how a battle is going

Live scores stay visible while voting is open. A current lead is just that: the final winner is only decided when the battle ends.

Update#43

A cleaner battle card

We moved to wider, more compact battle cards with the projects, voting and score in one place. The layout also adapts to smaller screens, so the important bits stay together.

Update#42

Meet the new BAATLE knights

Our old pixel knights made way for two hand-drawn characters: blue with glasses and red with a beard. They give battles a bit of personality without getting in the way of the projects.

Update#41

Move between questions without getting lost

We added clearer round numbers, arrows and an Overall view for multi-question battles. You can go back to a question and still see where you left off.

Update#40

Up to five questions, one clear result

Battles can ask up to five focused questions, with a separate vote for each one. The overall winner is the project that wins more questions, not simply the one with more total votes.

Update#39

Projects come first

We gave project logos more room and made names and Vote buttons easier to spot. The idea is simple: you should know what you are comparing at a glance.

Update#38

Knights advance and defend above the score bar

Release 0.7.42.

Knights move toward each other as the score changes, with safe spacing and matching height. A lead above 50% advances; above 65% uses a stronger attack and defense. Invitations show the same static positions. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Update#37

More expressive knights, with consistent sizing

Release 0.7.41.

Knights have a consistent visible height across battle cards and invitations. A lead over 50% shows an attack and defense; over 65% uses new charge and braced-defense poses. Completed results keep their separate victory and defeat poses.
