Using BAATLE
BAATLE is a free beta directory and community comparison service operated by Viliam Kanis (Kaudo), Slovakia. Contact and postal details are on our Legal & contact page. You must be at least 16 and able to accept these terms to create an account. Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. Verified email is required to submit projects or start battles.
Content and fair play
Submit only lawful, relevant content you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate a maker, claim ownership falsely, publish private data without authority, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, spam, harass, or manipulate votes with bots, duplicate identities or coordinated deception. Sharing a battle with genuine voters is welcome. Submission does not establish ownership.
You retain your rights. You grant BAATLE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and distribute your submitted content as needed for listings, battles, share images and badges, while it is published and as needed for lawful historical records. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement. Ask us to correct or remove content you own.
Results and badges
Votes show this audience's preferences, not objective quality, verified product testing, representative market research or purchase intent. A Battle Winner badge refers only to its linked completed battle; it does not establish an overall or category ranking. Do not alter badges to suggest a broader achievement. We may correct errors and disable invalid badges.
Moderation and complaints
We may request corrections, restrict content or accounts, suspend projects, and stop or hide battles for violations, safety or legal obligations. Human administrators review moderation; automated checks limit invalid actions and repeat voting. We normally explain restrictions to affected users, subject to legal or security limits. Historic results may remain; stopped battles have no declared winner. Report content or appeal a decision by email using the instructions on our contact page. A human will review the facts and reply.
Availability and changes
Beta features may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, visibility or commercial results and are not responsible for third-party products or sites. Liability is limited only as permitted by law; nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Slovak law applies without removing mandatory protections in your country. Contact us to close your account. Material term changes will be announced; renewed agreement will be requested where required. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.
